Staffordshire County Council are putting on this event to show the Military history of Cannock Chase, on the site of No 11 School of Recruit Training: RAF Hednesford.
Daily times: 10.00 - 16.00 at the Cannock Chase visitor centre, Marquis Drive, Hednesford.
Static and small scale arena displays including: English civil war, Lace wars, 1870's, Great war, Second world war, National Service, Cold war, Modern forces.
The NSRAF)A will have a stand at this event.

THREE SQUADRON ASSOCIATION ANNUAL REUNION.
Three Squadron Association will be holding their annual reunion over the weekend of 15th, 16th, 17th of October at the Oak hotel, Wigan. It will celebrate the squadron's 98th years in operation
A favourable rate has been negotiated:
�55 per person per night on the Friday and Saturday for evening meal, bed and breakfast.

The NS(RAF)A 2010 AGM will be held on Friday 22.10.2010 at: 17.00 hrs. At the Tillington Hall Hotel, Eccleshall Road Stafford . ST16 1JJ. (Jct 14 M6)
All matters for the AGM Agenda, including nominations for Committee Posts, should be submitted in writing to the Hon Secretary: Mr Honey by October 1st. (Address in front of ASTRAL)
All members living in the locality (but not opting for residency) are invited to attend the AGM and stay for the evening.
